120 Minute Healing Session
120 minutes: $245

All sessions are two hours and are adjusted to fit the client's needs. This may range from using different modalities such as deep tissue, swedish, lymphatic drainage, stretching, metaphysical or energy work, or adding tools such as gua sha scraping, cupping, hot stones, or aromatherapy, all at the therapist's discretion. Clients will fill out an intake form online via a safe & secure form prior to their appointment. The therapist will evaluate the client based on the intake form and brief but detailed discussion and proceed to the therapy session to begin a physical evaluation. Depending on the clients needs, the client will be asked to return and reschedule for further maintenance sessions. These sessions are intended for healing purposes and more information from primary care or specialists may be required for future visits. Be prepared for homework! The therapist will help identify specific muscles that need regular care and will advise clients to do regular daily self care between therapy sessions.
